Birth Doula services $350

Services Include:

• Three prenatal visits (1. birth plan and options 2. Labor – what to expect and how to cope 3. Postpartum and life with a new baby)
• Continual support during labor
• Advocacy training for Birther and Partner
• Support partner training
• Fear release session
• 24 hour contact availability starting 3 weeks from Due Date
• Education on non-drug comfort measures during labor
• Counseling and information on Interventions during labor
• labor positions to encourage baby’s birth
• Peanut ball positions to shorten and ease labor
• 2 hour postpartum support
• lactation support; getting baby latched and through the first feeding
• 2 postpartum visits
• Support structure for postpartum life
• Education for cloth diapering and baby wearing
• Unpacking of you birth and review of birth details

I have a contract for clients to look over which explains all the details and obligations of both parties. I feel that all people should have support during labor, because of that I am willing to work on payment plans or trade or barter. I take cash, check, and venmo payments.
